Pick up from Agra to leave for Jaipur. On reaching Jaipur, check-in the hotel and relax for a while. Now start with local sightseeing in Jaipur. Visit the magnificent Amber Fort. This is a hilltop 16th-century fortress with a wide vista of the surrounding area of walland. On the way to the fort, you have an option of going up the fort by an elephant ride or you can take a jeep which is very exciting. You will see the beautiful courtyards, mirror work, the royal chambers that depict the lifestyle of the erstwhile rulers of Rajasthan.
Next, you will visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), which is the most famous monument of Jaipur. This monument was constructed with the façade being in pink sandstone and its primary purpose was to enable the royal ladies to view the outside world without being seen. Next is the City Palace, which is an extensive structure that has a number of museums that exhibits royal items, garments, and armoury.
