Details
On day 1, your golden triangle with Haridwar Rishikesh and Mathura Vrindavan will start from Delhi Darshan. You will be exploring Delhi in the starting. Driver will pick you up from the given location in the morning. You will be visiting Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, India Gate, Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar. Donโt forget to explore the busy streets of Chandni Chowk and the local street food here. Post that, the driver will drop you back at the given hotel location in Delhi by 8:00 PM.
On day 2, the driver will pick you up and leave for Haridwar. The total distance is 247 KMs and it will take 4 hours and 22 minutes to reach Haridwar. On reaching Haridwar, the driver will drop you at the hotel, check-in and rest for a while. Post that, you will be exploring Har Ki Pauri. This is the main ghat where you should take holy dips in the Ganges. Further, the driver will take you to lunch. In the evening, you will witness the Ganga Aarti ceremony. Post that, the driver will drop you back at the hotel in Haridwar. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
On day third, you will leave for Rishikesh. Driver will pick you up and leave for it. The total distance is 31.3 KMs in between the both places. You will reach there in 1 hour. Rishikesh is also known as โYoga Capital of the World." Here you will visit the Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and the Beatles Ashram. If time permits, then you can try participating in yoga and meditation sessions here.ย
On day 4, you will depart for Mathura. Mathura is the birthplace of Lord Krishna. You will start the day once reaching by visiting the Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple and relevant temples associated in nearby locations. Post that, you will have your lunch in between and proceed for Vrindavan. You will find multiple Krishna temples here as well. The most popular here are Banke Bihari Temple, ISKCON Temple, and Prem Mandir.
On day 5, you will leave for Agra. On reaching, you will start the day with the beautiful Taj Mahal. Understand the architectural beauty and vibrant history of Taj Mahal via guide. Further, you will explore Agra Fort. You can try shopping for handicrafts in Agra as well.
Next day, you will depart for Jaipur. In mid way, you will visit the Ghost City, Fatehpur Sikri. This is known for its historical significance. Once exploring the same, the driver will continue on the way to Jaipur. On reaching, check-in your hotel and rest. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
On day 7, the driver will pick you from the hotel in Jaipur and will take you to explore the main attractions in Jaipur. You will start the day with Amber Fort. Do try the elephant ride if possible to the entrance. In between, the driver will take you for lunch as well. Post that, you will be exploring Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Jal Mahal. You can also shop for traditional jewelry and handicrafts in Jaipur's local markets. Post that, the driver will drop you back at the hotel. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Next day, you will be leaving for Delhi. Driver will pick you from the hotel and leave for Delhi. On reaching, you can spend some more time in Delhi Darshan, try out local markets here. Post that, the driver will drop you at the airport according to your departure marking the end of the golden triangle with Haridwar Rishikesh and Mathura Vrindavan.
