The tour starts with your arrival in Delhi. Once you reach Delhi, our executive will meet you and drop you at the hotel. Check-in and get some rest. Rest of the day is free, you can do things you wish in Delhi. Explore the nightlife of Delhi, specially in Hauz Khas or Delhi Hatt INA. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Start your sightseeing with a visit to the Red fort, and Jama Masjid early in the morning. Spend some time in a Rickshaw ride at Old Delhi, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk and then visit the Raj Ghat which is a memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Following the Old Delhi sightseeing, you may explore the Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, the Presidential palace in the evening. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Next day, you will leave for Jaipur. On reaching Jaipur, check-in the hotel and get some rest. Rest of the day is free for you to explore things in Jaipur if you wish or you can just rest. You may explore shopping at the local markets of Jaipur where you can find beautiful and unique arts and crafts, spices and trinkets and traditional Rajasthani jewelry. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
This day is all about Jaipur sightseeing. You will start with visiting the beautiful Amber Fort. This fort has stunning architectural work that is built in a mix of Hindu and Mughal style which reflect the great royalty of Rajputs. Following a visit here, you will visit the City Palace and the Jantar Mantar next. Don’t miss exploring the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) which is a building with many small-windows. Later in the evening, take the evening’s dinner at a local Rajasthani restaurant. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
On day five, you will leave for Agra from Jaipur to Abhaneri and Fatehpur Sikri. You will visit these two cities midway in the route. In Abhaneri village, there is a famous Chand Baori stepwell and in Fatehpur Sikri, there is a deserted city of Mughal Emperor “Akbar” which is known for historical monuments and red sandstone structures. Proceed to Agra after the tour of these two cities. On reaching Agra, check-in the hotel and rest. Overnight stay in Agra.
Start each day’s tour with visiting the world-famous monument of love, the Taj Mahal. Following which, next visit the Agra Fort which was the residence and defense fort of the Mughal Empire. In the afternoon you can also explore the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah which is also nicknamed ‘Baby Taj’. In the evening, you are free to explore the local markets. Overnight stay in Agra.
Take an early morning first train to Khajuraho which is known as a world heritage site of monuments which are characterized by the erotic sculptures. On reaching, check-in the hotel and get some rest. In the evening, you can attend Light and Sound shows in the temples where one gets the glimpse of history of Khajuraho through illustrations. On day eight, you will explore the western and eastern group of temples of Khajuraho famous for its magnificent carvings symbols. Following which, in the afternoon, take the flight to Varanasi which is the religious city in India. Once you get there, check-in the hotel and rest. In the evening, visit the bank of river Ganges to see Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
This is a day of Varanasi sightseeing. Start with an early morning boat ride in The Ganges to see how people pray at the ghats. You should also go to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple which is one of the most important Hindu Temples situated in Varanasi. Next, you can proceed shopping, exploring the narrow lanes of the city. Last day you will be dropped at the airport to board the flight for Delhi marking an end to this golden tour with Khajuraho and Varanasi 10 days.
