You will start with boarding the flight from Hyderabad to Delhi. On your arrival in Delhi, our executive will meet you and leave for Agra. It will take about 3-4 hours’ drive on Yamuna Expressway. On your arrival in Agra, check-in the hotel and relax for a while. Post that, you will start with the local sightseeing. The first one is the symbol of love and the most famous architectural monuments of the world – the Taj Mahal. This is built by the Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Explore the features of the building in detail, to take pictures, and in general, to enjoy the silence and the beauty of the white marble building. After the visit to Taj Mahal, you will move to Agra Fort which is a magnificent fortress of red sandstone built in the year 1565, where the great Mughal emperors lived. A number of structures which include walls, gates and palaces enhance the access to the historical records of the Mughal empire.  The day then comes to an end with a visit to the Itimad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb which is known as the ‘Baby Taj’ another beautiful epitome of Mughal architecture. During the evening you can visit the local bazaars which include marble inlay work, leather products, and the typical Rajasthani handicrafts. Overnight stay in Agra.
The second day will begin early, first having breakfast in the hotel, then proceeding to visit Mehtab Bagh which is the Mughals’ planned complex of gardens on the right bank opposite to the Taj Mahal. This is very beautiful and offers a fine view of the Taj Mahal to the east early in the morning.  The best place to photograph the Taj Mahal is early in the morning and this place makes the perfect location for such a shot. This will be followed by little leisure time during which you can go and roam around in Agra or can shop at the local markets. One can buy small models of Taj Mahal, bangles for which Agra is famous for or Petha, a world famous sweet of Agra.  Post lunch, you will leave for Delhi. On reaching Delhi, you will be flying back to Hyderabad. When you reach back home in Hyderabad by late evening, you will have made your memories of one of the most iconic and loved cities in India. This tour suggestion could be used as a short Agra tour, and give a great insight into the city and its Mughal history.
